HRRooms is very spacious and it has a big balcony. The view from the room is very beautiful and the location of the hotel is great. Bed is very comfortable and they have very good quality smart TVs in the rooms. The hotel offers free common area whit a bar where the guests can hang around.
Owners brought their animals every day in the area where breakfast is served, and the cat was jumping around on the chairs and tables, that is very unhygienic. The breakfast also could be better. There is no reception area and that makes very hard to contact staff when you need something. Also, the heating was turned off in the room when we arrived and the room had a very strange smell.

GBGood location, great wide views of mountains from balcony, good breakfast. host was very hospitable. 25 minutes from Neuschwanstein. facility to enter a code and allow you to access room key through use of a code which is sent to you - very useful for when arriving out of hours!
