Breakfast was good and some of the staff was very helpful

We changed our room 4 times in the stay of a week. We first got a room and it had a weird fungal smell, the lady at the counter changed the room and the second room had no mattress for the single bed. I went to the counter and she straight away said they don't have any mattress for the single bed but she can give me another duvet to put underneath. It was so uncomfortable that my husband had to sleep with me and my toddler on the bed that was already really small. Next day I went back to the counter and the gentleman at the counter gave me another room which clearly had a mattress on the small sofa bed so the lady earlier lied about not having any mattresses. This third room was on the ground floor and had a huge window that did not open and the air conditioner was not working. It was 29 degrees in the room during the day. My daughter was sweating while taking her nap. I went to the counter again and another gentleman changed my room again and for the final two nights we slept a little bit better. And not to mention the stains on the carpet and bedsheets and pillows.

All best service only bit problem with language.

Location, cleanliness and room size is good, breakfast was okay for a budget hotel and the parking lot is great.

The sink drain has no cover and spreads a sewerage odor every time you flush the toilet and the AC is loud

L'endroit est vraiment idéal. l'environnement très sympa avec le grand parc et tranquille. La séparation entre WC et salle de bain très bien.

Le petit déjeuné n'était pas vraiment top. Les deux matin, il fallait courir après une tasse, certaines bouteilles pas ouvertes, pas de moyens pour se servir. Des services qui n'étaient pas très solides. La salade de fruits était fini, personnes n'en remettait du nouveau etc. La chambre très petite pour deux, heureusement j'étais seule

Parking sécurisé et gratuit. Proximité du RER.Idéal pour visiter Paris. Petit déjeuner correct. Chambre pratique.

Détail surprenant et un peu dommage: il n'y a plus de bouchon aux éviers....il paraît qu'on en met plus car les touristes les emportent!? Les chambres proches des ascenseurs sont à déconseiller car beaucoup de bruit.
