Littlebury Hotel

An amazing family run hotel with attached bar and restaurant. The restaurant menu was excellent. We had the filet steak and the sea bass. Both cooked to perfection. At 9pm live music started and he performed a great 2 hour set list of hits from the last 10 years. Very fun. It’s the type of property that they owner comes to have a chat during dinner, you end up chatting to the table next to you and you end up feeling like its your own local pub by the end of the evening. The room was large with a comfortable bed and good quality en-suite. Excellent breakfast was included and we explored their beautiful back garden afterwards. Would definitely stay again.

The gentleman I booked with and who welcomed us when we arrived was very friendly and efficient. Bar was busy and fun, room was spacious and quiet, garden really nice. Lunch and breakfast good. They were very busy with funeral and anniversary dinner when we arrived but dealt with everything efficiently.

Breakfast was genuinely lovely, super tasty full english, well cooked and you could tell had been made by someone that cared. top marks!

I'm ok with slightly old fashioned hotels, I prefer somewhere with a bit of character. if you arent ok with this then I'd find somewhere else
