"Good"

5.0

The staff were very polite and friendly.

Most of the facilities are really old and need to be upgraded. There were also no directions to the rooms.

"Warm and welcoming family run hotel."

8.0

This is a lovely family run hotel. It’s friendly and located perfectly to Bicester shopping village and the local town. Great parking facilities, comfortable rooms and a friendly bar with live music on a Saturday evening. We have been staying here in December for many years and love the family feel - it’s home from home.

"A good base for enjoying Bicester, comfotable enough, friendly but a little lacking in investment."

8.0

The situation of the hotel is brilliant, an easy walk into Bicester town centre and only about 12 minutes to Bicester Village with ample parking onsite. The staff are very helpful and concerned with your wellbeing, not something you always find. I only had breakfast which was fine and the service was quick.

The decor and room facilities were, in my case very dated, perhaps last made-over in the 60s? Common areas too could do with a spruce up, staircarpets, decorations etc and modern room locks etc. A few pictures on bare walls etc would make it a bit more inviting rather than just, OK.

"Homely, good value for money and so convenient for the Bicester Outlet Village."

10.0

It felt very homely. I opted for a single room because I was staying on my own. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of toiletries, water was hot and the shower was fine. Friendly and helpful staff. The gentleman, who I assume is the owner, was lovely - he even showed me the best way to walk to the outlet village. I had a full English breakfast, it tasted good and was piping hot. I’d not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you.

Nothing.

"Not great"

Good location and parking

Uncomfortable bed, dated rooms, poor water pressure in shower, breakfast was poor. Felt like walking into Crossroads Motel
