Location stay many times, great food good selection for breakfast

For what I paid it was terrific value for money and they allowed me to check in early. The room was a bit small but very good considering what I paid. It was also a great location and breakfast was brilliant in the morning. It was a shame I wasn't more hungry as there was so much choice. They also let me leave my suitcase as I had a late train which was very much appreciated.

It took a while for me to be served when I arrived. The other minor bugbear was that the room could do with more plug sockets and in better locations. I had to unplug the TV in order to charge my phone. The only place I could charge my phone also meant it wasn't by my bedside at night. It would therefore be great if there was a plug socket by the bed.

The rooms were dated but very clean. Really comfy bed with lovely white bed linen.

The water pressure wasn’t so good in the shower.

All good, the Breakfast is A+

Tired, felt unsafe in lift , awful shower, Wall mounted Tv unsafe position .

They cancelled my stay saying they had a boiler break down. They told me to contact Booking.com who told me the Hotel needs to refund not them. I have been sent around in circles and 6 weeks later I still have no refund. Be warned! Do not trust these people.
