"sutcliffe coldest hotel"

location good close to everything the room was great clean comfy tea coffee friendly helpfull staff break fast ok

went to a show yes its winter but the room was very cold for this time of year no extra blanket radiator cold fire alarm went off at 3am tho no fire an stopped a few mins after waking u up so not much sleep the breakfast room was drafty cold plenty food out for u choose but bacon was hard like been done hrs so was blackpudd rest was eatable . when i said id been frozen because of no heat and fire alarm going off the man just laughed and was havin a giggle about it with the cook

"Superb Breakaway in Super Clean , well organised Hotel ..."

A Warm Welcome. Warm , cosy very clean first thoughts . Phillip The Manager was Amazing ! Loved My Room. VERY Clean and cosy. Bed was Super Comfy . Spotless,new,white bedding and Towels . Bathroom spotless . Lots of Tea and coffee . T.V was small but new and worked well. Food Amazing . So glad Ive now found The Sutcliffe Hotel . Im a regular ,solo Traveller . This is my new Fav xxxx

I actually needed time away on my own from my Very busy ,customer based job .......I would have preffered to Dine alone. Small talk isnt my thing . But I did enjoy the experience and should have mentioned I prefer solo dining. Next time I will . Xxx

The full English breakfast with sausage bacon egg black pudding mushrooms and toast as well as continental breakfast on offer and unlimted tea and coffee and juices perfect everything you needed for starting the day with and staff was polite said feel free to ask for anythink

Nice quiet hotel. 5 mins walk to tower, winter gardens etc. Staff are friendly and very welcoming Breakfast was served super quick and tasty

Shower was a bit low pressure Only 1hr schedule for breakfast and served between 8.15 and 9.25 so no long lie in...
