"Grasmere Getaway"

The location, the breakfast was great, the staff were friendly & attentive especially Paige & Emma & the 2 Italian( or Spanish??) waiters.

The was too soft, neither of us slept well

"Lovely stay brilliant location"

This property was perfect location in Grasmere right in the centre, shops, restaurants and lovely walks. Had carpark right outside and if no spaces they offer a car park at another hotel 2 minutes away! Staff at hotel was really helpful and the restaurant and pub done amazing food and breakfast the next morning! They both offer a great selection of gluten free foods.

"Very enjoyable..but not luxury"

Lovely room, quiet central.location, swimming pool and staff friendly and helpful.

Waiting over 40 minutes to be served breakfast afyer ordering. We was about to cancel the order as appetite went away. Mentioned to reception regarding system of accepting non residents might need review when clearly very busy. Also others seated after us were served before us.. that's not right.

Lovely venue. Efficient friendly staff

Housekeeping needs improvement but I’m sure as with most hotels recruiting staff is difficult.
