Lovely clean stop in a peaceful location

A little out of the way for food and drink choices if you don’t want to drive - debt little pub with ok food in walking distance though

"Served a purpose, nothing especially special."

The shower was good. The bed was comfortable. The place wasn't awful but we had a sense that whoever owns it has lost interest in it.

The door to the bathroom had been damaged and was not lockable. The property was next to a reasonably busy road with lorry's and loud cars zooming past which impacted my sleep. Felt more like a house of multiple occupancy rather than a hotel.

Bed comfortable

Couldn’t sit on toilet ( not enough room) had to sit sideways Original room booked had stairway to toilet outside of room ( in communal hallway)
