Good staff, clean and tidy ad usual

Nice clean room everything you needed the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of parking staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Food was nice too.

The restaurant was okay but it was quite cold in there as doors were open to the beer garden. There was lots of young adults there drinking and they was very loud did make us feel very uncomfortable when a group of 10 lads jumped on a table next to us. But we was told about how loud it gets on arrival and the noise did stop at 11.30pm. But it was a Friday night

Great staff, directions, using the key card and dropping them off was easy to navigate, food was nice, it suited our needs for the weekend. The room is simple and a good size, got all the amenities you expect like tea and coffee, plus you got biscuits, yummy. The bathroom is spacious and nice complimentary bits too. On the whole it was a very pleasant experience.

Only things to be aware of is it is a bit of a hill to walk up there, so if you arent one used to the Welsh terrain, you'll struggle. The mattress is very firm, I found it too hard but this is personal preference. The bathroom could do with a shelf or a small cupboard to be able to put toiletries on, we found it a bit awkward and ended up putting the toiletries bags on the towel rack as didnt want to put them on the cistern or the floor. The bathroom itself is really spacious but just needs a few touches to make it practical. On the whole though it was a very pleasant experience.
