"Reasonable accommodation."

Location

Issues paying. They needed a card number due to Booking.com. We never carry cards therefore this caused major problems. We Managed to resolve it in the end.

Excellent staff, extremely comfortable room, easy location to find, free parking

Our stay unfortunately coincides with a wedding reception, so pub was very loud and our room was directly above the restaurant, this did calm down after midnight and the circumstances were clearly explained to us when we checked in. Only comment I would make is that it might be helpful to in the rm guests of this eventuality prior to arrival

"Fantastic place to stay."

A fantastic place to stay. Really quiet location just a couple of minutes out of town. Also has a very friendly bar where they served fantastic food, very good. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Lovely clean eooms and friendly staff this was my second time here and we had the same room as the first time and will definitely be booking again when there's a show in blackwood that we want to go to can't wait
