"Very enjoyable and relaxing getaway for the whole family."

The rooms were decorated really well, everything was super cozy, and the breakfast in the morning is very nice.

There was a bit of a heat wave in the area with no A/C or fans in any of the rooms.

"Beautiful stay close to Balmoral."

Great place to stay while visiting Balmoral. Fantastic location with lovely gardens and walking trails. Continental breakfast was very good. Helpful staff.

Lovely character and location. Spotlessly clean. Amazing evening meal.

Breakfast selection is adequate. Bed linen was very rough on my skin, think it was some kind of antique bed linen? Otherwise lovely.

Fantastic food. Truly great. Breakfast has excellent choices. Really lovely staff. Great shower and comfy bed. It’s a “quirky” and cute hotel, they just need to ensure it stays that way and doesn’t slide into ramshackle….

WiFi slow. Came up with poor security messages. Some areas need attention, like cracked toilet handle and missing shelf in bathroom. One lamp in our room was also broken.

Continental cold breakfast - very good choice of foods. Restaurant - we had a really good meal after we arrived in the evening. Nature around. Property style & interior - originally built as a hunting manor house. I would like to return there & stay longer than just one night.
