This was our 3rd stay and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful as always! Particular shout out to the lovely housekeeping lady! Parking was much better this time round which was a definite bonus! Bright, warm room with a comfortable bed

The shower temperature was hot or even hotter but this was sorted within minutes by the staff!
