"Lovely hotel in a very convenient place, few minutes walk into Rakovník."

A really comfortable, exceptionally clean room. Very comfortable bed. I requested a kettle and cups which was very kindly put in our room

Wasn’t really keen on the shower room/ toilet having a glass door. I’m not sure why that is the case but didn’t spoil any aspect of our stay.

"The worst hotel i ever stayed at!"

The staff at the hotel was so aggressive and very very rud! I am traveling from us with my service dog 4 kg and they would not let my dog stay at the hitel and they asked me and my son to leave if we did not pay 50 euro per night for the service dog!

The staff is very very bad! Very rude ! Very bad service! No ice at the hotel! No hit water for tea at the hotel!
