Im Badezimmer fehlte der Spiegel und der Boden sah aus als ob das Badezimmer gerade gestrichen wurde. Außerdem war der Fußboden noch nicht mal gefegt.

The Staff!!!!!!!!!!!! I think Ive met them all, after various stays, and I can honestly say - They are a great bunch of good people!!. One young Man, who I know his name but I wont write it, as im not sure of the spelling. He knows who he (they) is (are) 😆. I have NEVER come across ANYONE of ANY age, who puts a shift in like this fella(s)

Good location especially for transport links n shopping close to town centre

They don’t do breakfast but if they did would be nice

the room and bathroom was clean, the bed sheets were clean and the bed comfortable and the staff on check in had a smile.

Upon arrival the outside appears grotty and run down. The reception area smelled like a greasy cooking smell. I was presented with a list of rules.. No "guests after 8pm and if youre found with un-named guests you will be asked to leave" raised an eyebrow as to the type of things this hotel might be used for. The fire alarm going off at 2.30am and not one member of staff was to be seen so us guests had to congregate until the alarm just stopped. The room was very very basic.
