Tres mauvaise experience client lorsque nos cartes ont été désactivées à 11h alors que nous étions toujours au Point Virgule (... service très lent en passant mais personnel agréable) et pas capables de rentrer dans notre chambre pour prendre nos bagages. Je comprends que le check out est à 11h mais franchement, nous étions arrivées à 23h30 la veille, ça nous a couté plus de 300$, nous dépensions en plus au resto, vraiment pas top comme expérience client, c'est dommage
