This absolutely amazing hotel. Pearl of the route. It’s a bit far away from Camino, however it’s totally worth the detour. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Cuisine is delicious

Loved every minute here. Beautiful place, peaceful and quiet yet welcoming and cosy. Best nights sleep anywhere! I stayed while on the Camino and Maria could not have been more helpful. Dropped to and from the Camino . Food exceptional too!

It was a little way off the Camino trail but well worth it. Absolutely beautiful place to stay. A thousand year old rectory refurbished to an excellent eclectic style. We only stayed one night, we had dinner which was delicious and breakfast was continental. The staff were so lovely, they even drove us to cos (no extra charge) in the morning to get us back on the Camino trail. Would definitely stay again if I came this way.

For dinner the Starters were to share which we found odd. if each of you didn't like or want the same thing made it awkward.

We loved everything about this beautiful.hotel. We were walking Camino Ingles, and came off the trail to walk to the hotel. It was a total.oasis, following a long and hot day! Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, quirky, Incredible hospitality, food and wine. And the best night's sleep!

The walk from the Camino path - busy highway. Everything else was just perfect!

"DONT MISS THIS LITTLE PIECE OF PARADISE IN THE SPANISH COUNTRYSIDE"

10.0

We were walking the Camino Ingles and with no accommodation available in Betanzos we walked on to Cos, Church of St Estevo (Estaban). From there, Maria arranged a taxi (at no additional cost) to the beautiful Rectoral de Cines which is a few clicks off the track. We stayed 2 nights in this amazing 1000year old monastery, with gardens and courtyard, converted into a hotel with adjoining church. In addition to the scenery, the fabulous decor and artworks; Maria, Jessica and Juan were wonderfully welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. When ready to resume our walk, a taxi was called to drop us back to the church at Cos for us to resume the Camino. I'd highly recommend a stay here. Great value ...oh and I almost forgot, good food at night and at breakfast. No lunch service provided.

There was nothing not to like
