USThe staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was great! Was nice to have the option to book in for dinner as I was traveling alone and it made it so easy. I will definitely be back!
GBLocation and parking were perfect. When there was a problem with my room, it was sorted out efficiently. The staff were lovely.
My original room was old and very tired. One flush of the toilet and it was broken ( I really hate the comment from staff… ‘that’s strange we haven’t had any reports of issues with it before’). I had to delay the offer of someone to fix it to allow me to get ready for my night out. I was later told by the owner that it couldn’t be fixed and offered a new room. So had to go and pack quickly ( in the middle of the NYE event) to be moved. Amazingly, I was given a brand new refurbished room! Way better standard, apart from noticing some rubbish under the bed. That was that. While I got profuse apologies for the toilet issue, it would have been a nice gesture to be offered a glass of wine or some acknowledgement of the inconvenience. And I have to ask, why keep your best rooms??? Are these only if you’ve not booked through Booking.com???

We had a Cream tea for 2 which consisted of 4 of the smallest scones I have ever seen , small pot of jam and small pot of cream and pot of coffee. !!!! No cakes. Sorry but you need to teach your chef what a cream tea is Bit of a rip off

All of your staff were warm and welcoming looking after us so well. Chefs Jordon, Dan,Dave Christian sorry if I’ve missed one 👌 the food was sublime !!!! Emma, Louise Corrie. Housekeeping Jackie, Monica, Fiona and others who made our Christmas so special and went above and beyond to make this Christmas the best. The Bills!! Rosy and Karen fabulous hot chocolate by the sea and quiz master just Perfick!!! If I could give you 10 stars I would. Amazing amazing food and company fabulous 8 days We will be back at Easter. Big hugs to you all.
