Miller & Carter Aughton by Innkeeper's Collection

I’ve stayed at the Miller & Carter in Aughton many times over the years, mainly for work as it’s close to our head office, and it’s always been a reliable choice. The service is consistently great. The team are friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful without overdoing it. Louisa in particular is always lovely and really helps make each stay feel more personal. The rooms are clean, tidy and well looked after every time I visit, which makes a big difference when you travel regularly. The beds are very comfortable too, so it’s easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day. The location is also really convenient, with easy access to the surrounding area. I’d happily recommend it for both business and leisure.

Scrambled eggs on sourdough toast. The toast was brittle and there was no butter on it or in the eggs. It was tasteless and dry.

Location, lovely staff, clean room

Firm bed. Bathroom shaver point and combined light not working. Water pressure in shower disappeared on first morning
