Excellent location,wonderful staff all hard working and genuinely dedicated to their roles in all departments.

A little noisy outside at night but that can be expected on a bank holiday weekend anywhere you go.

Location, friendly staff (especially receptionist) cleanliness, discount on carpark

The breakfast could of been help yourself instead of ticking a sheet for what you would like, no aircon as very warm weather but when asked if any fans one was brought to our room

I like the feeling of being in a seaside hote,l it felt nostalgic . The location was spot on have stayed there before and I will stay there again , I was hoping to see the lady in charge of the breakfast i did hear that she has retired bless 29 years service.

Unfortunately the shower had very poor pressure. and the lifts were not working ,I didn't mind using the stairs as I'm fit enough in myself to use the stairs. My mum wouldn't be able to climb stairs as she is 85 I do hope you can fix the lift soon for the older generation my room was facing to the side unfortunately there is a new pub/ bar which unfortunately very loud in the backyard of the establishment and did keep me awake for a while . With this in mind I would stay again but I would have to choose my room .

Convenient location in heart of Weymouth. Hotel had all the facilities you would expect. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok.

Room felt bit crampt for space. Lots of noise and late night activity throughout the night.

The close vicinity to the town but also the beautiful harbour and beaches.

I wasn't able to lock my door from the inside. The cleaners were very noisy early in the morning and doors were being slammed constantly for around 2 hrs, furniture being moved around in the floor above us.
