We left the property as the condition was so poor. We called them to sort it out and give them the opportunity to organise suitable alternatives but they didn’t and are now refusing a refund; avoid at all costs.

Stayed there before in a single and twin room Large rooms very comfy bed and very clean Large hot shower and good towels. Big telly, tea and coffee making. Good car park

Cleaner opened my locked door, told me to get out one day before my check out, she got this wrong. No apologies from her and in the end she didn't even clean my room
