Very nice location of the hotel and good food at a reasonable price.

Walls are a bit thin and also some rooms have noisy vents outside of them making it a must to have windows closed although fans are provided in rooms.

Spotlessly clean. Lovely dinner and breakfast. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking Good quality tea and coffee in the room. Temperature well controlled throughout.

Driving distance to other amenities. Although a list of taxis in the hotel brochure.

Good restaurant.

No air conditioning in summer time. A 20 cm diameter hole for ventilation directly through the wall of the bathroom where you can see outside. Must be freezing cold in winter.

A lovely, friendly hotel in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. Welcome and food outstanding - a real find!

The hotel is set in beautiful Lincolnshire village close to the market town of Sleaford and is very peaceful. Our room was very comfortable and very well equipped, bathroom was bigger than usual with a large walk-in shower and good quality bathroom items. The hotel has a very good restaurant serving great food and the breakfast provided was superb. On top of this the staff are attentive, polite and helpful.
