I travel 15 hours from Dublin Ireland with my 10 year old autistic son ,landed in andield 9am Tuesday 29th October 2024, Accomodation paid ...anfield security guard walked with me to the hotel with a friend and Georgie porgie cafe staff and the kop in hotel would not let myself and my son in claiming I must pay deposit through card while accomodation of hotel was paid in full. We were not let in ...and I had to pay cash for another hotel for our stay which I was lucky to get ,The following day 30th of October 2024,My younger sister past away in Ireland ,So our dream trip was cancelled and travel home another 15 hours through trains ,buses and ferry ...and the money I paid for the kop in hotel still was not returned to me nor did we stay there....very unhappy .

1. It’s in a very good location if your here for the game in Anfield

1. It was very cold. Floors especially. 2. Blankets were very small… 3. Beds uncomfortable. 4. Walls are made out of paper. Especially felt this since there’s a bar under the apartment. 5. Room lock was not working properly as well.

The location for a match at anfield is perfect, you can see the grounds from the front door, no frills but everything you need In the room and clean. easy self check in. Great lively pub below with friendly welcoming staff, obviously can hear music while it was open but finished at 11pm to be expected so not a problem for us.

Nothing really… the property was cheap and cheerful perfect for our stay. No where to really eat in within close proximity but plenty of takeaways… not a reflection on the property though.
