If you are going to see only the football match and nothing else then this might be your cup of tea. Near to arena and lot of good pubs where you can see different matches.

Check-In instructions were missing, hotel personal didn't even know that we were coming, bedsheets were missing and cleaning was done badly.

The manager was very nice and met us for early check in. The beds were comfortable. The place had been remodeled and it appeared to be nicely done on a superficial basis. It was walkable to Anfield, which was great.

The price was 50% higher than for a nice hotel in downtown Liverpool. Although it was near Anfield, which was great, it was in a bad neighborhood, with few decent places to eat or any activities. The rooms were on top of a bar and it was incredibly noisy. Plus, you could hear everything from the other rooms and the couple above us had a huge screaming row. No effort had appeared to be made to add sound proofing during the remodeling. Minor points but the shower lacked a tray for soap and shampoo; it also leaked where the doors met and soaked my towel. I tried to use the kettle to boil water, but it had two inches of water in it and there were things growing on top of the water. I rinsed and tried to boil the water to sanitize, but it would barely get hot. The room needed a chair, and I got tied of using my laptop sitting on the floor. We finally gave up, left early, and went to a real hotel in downtown.

We booked the Hotel because of its closeness to Anfield as in the past we have struggled to get a taxi or bus into Liverpool after the game. The rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable and we both liked the ease we could come and go to the hotel. The owners could not have been more welcoming as were the local people. Would undoubtedly stay again and recommend to others. Not sure if we missed it but maybe some ideas for breakfast in the area may help. We found the Nest which was great, Thank you for a lovely stay,

The location was perfect for Anfield stadium, literally a few minutes walk. Room had Tv.

The pictures for this venue need to be drastically updated. It was not exactly clean but that may just be my standards. Right above a bar but don’t expect to get any sleep. Sounds like there is a party inside your room until around 11.45pm when they wind down to close. Now I get that it was a Saturday night and Liverpool had just won but I had my son who was struggling to sleep. They really need to think about soundproofing the room. Lady was lovely at check in, didn’t see anyone at check out.
