I've stayed at this hotel several times and I've always been pleased with everything.

Great location. Friendly people, good beer.

Warm and welcoming staff, delicious breakfast, sparklingly clean room

Instructions for shower - couldnt work it out!

My third visit (at least) at Easter time and much as before. Had Room 11 on top floor so very quiet, despite being on top of the Bar. Good breakfast cooked to order and the food we all had on the Easter Monday evening was good as well. Reasonable beer selection in the Bar. Good location right in the middle of Hawes. Good value as well this year considering the rise in prices across the sector, Bathroom OK with good hot shower (once I'd worked out how to get it going).

Little to report here. The only thing was the mattress on the bed could do with replacing. With thin walls between the rooms you can hear everything that is muttered (you hear the sounds rather than the words) in adjacent rooms, but this only affected me for one hour on the third night, so hardly a great problem. Slept well though!
