Woodlands Hall Hotel

For value for money it was excellent- the staff were very friendly, caring & considerate & made the stay a very enjoyable one. The location was within ideal distance of abersoch, Llanbedrog & other places I visited. Would definitely stay here again- thank you for making my stay a comfortable & pleasant one. The breakfast was fabulous & things like the price of drinks was very reasonable.

The only thing I would say that I am not sure if is right, in the room I was in the en-suite when I flushed the toilet the water from the toilet came up through the plug in the floor & sink plug hole. Not a criticism just something for the owners to look at to see if right. Sorry I forgot to mention this at checkout, this shouldn’t distract from a fantastic, fabulous stay

We have stayed before and this was a repeat stay. Owners are always very friendly and breakfast is great.

PERFECTLY LOCATED FOR OUR NEEDS. COMFORTABLE ROOM WITH 3 EASY CHAIRS, MUCH TO OUR DELIGHT!! BREAKFAST WAS WELL PRESENTED AND WAS HOT, UTTERLY SUPERB.

THERE WAS NOTHING TO DISLIKE, CARRY ON THE GOOD WORK

Yesi I can was not told by any member of staff that if we wanted to eat at the hotel that evening we would have to order food for 7.45 we were sitting in the restaurant at that time being ignored by 5 members of staff when a member of staff eventually came to our table that we could no longer order any food as the window to do this had passed because we were ignored past the cut off time and was told by the owner to go elsewhere with not much help to find elsewhere to eat this was now past 8pm

Being ignored treated like second class citizens and staff having a couldn't give a shit attitude nothing was done that night to make us feel welcome so we left with a promise from the owner for full compensation

The crows were a bit loud from 5am! (but that's nature isn't it!!!)

Location suited us as we had family staying close by. Room was cool and bed was comfortable. Nice to sit out and look at the scenery. I have stayed here a few times previously as a solo traveller so knew what to expect.

Property is ‘tired’! There was no hair dryer in room although was provided when requested. Towels were refreshed on second day but room wasn’t cleaned, cups were still dirty, bin not emptied, bed not made etc. We weren’t sure if it was meant to be cleaned or not.

Food was good.Nice surroundings.Friendly staff

The proximity to the beach and peninsular. I had a friendly welcome and I liked the ethos of the place.

I thought the room could have had better quality furnishings.
