Hotel Dimasi

Hotel Dimasi was a nice place to stay - it had a lot of positives! It was very comfortable, the staff was nice and helpful, always greeting us as we walked past the entrance. The breakfast available was good and the location of the hotel was great! Only a few minutes walk to a lot of the sights in Kutaisi.

While the location of the hotel and the staff were nice, we had our issues during the stay. The most glaring was that of the water. The first day of our stay, the water stopped working for about 2 hours. When I tried contacting the staff, they provided an incorrect WhatsApp number so we didn't receive any help. Thankfully, the issue resolved on it's own. The next two days, every time we showered, we were told we were flooding the unit below, which was not evident from our shower (no leaking, flooding, standing water, etc.). The staff just kept accusing us of not closing the shower door, which we had been doing. The WiFi also seldom worked, which was quite frustrating and it was very noisy at night (due to other guests being inconsiderate).

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. El personal muy atento. Gracias a otros huéspedes pude vivir la hospitalidad Georgiana.

El baño de la habitación necesita reformas

Moim zdaniem hotel ma za wysoką ocenę na booking! Dla tego że większość gości hotelu nie wie jaki ma być prawdziwy standard! Pościel i ręczniki nie były zbyt czyste, z kanalizacji rozpowszechniał sie smród na cały pokój! Śniadanie to w ogóle nie jest takie jak trzeba! Pani z obsługi w spodniach treningowych i kapciach gumowych donosiła na małych talerzykach jakiś dania, które nie pasują na śniadanie. W ogóle to nie można nazwać śniadaniem!

Very good place. Big room with air conditioning which is very important in case of the hot weather. The stuff was very friendly and very helpful.
