Staff acted rather mean and impersonal

We booked a day there and when we went we were met by the receptionist badly and he told us that we do not have rooms available at the moment even though I had the booking paper and my family was with me. It was very frustrating.

The rooms were not comfortable there were lot of mosquitues in hot and humid rooms and although there was AC they didnt turn it own۔ They said its not working and on request they didnt fix it۔ There wasnt any fan and they didnt provide so we couldn't sleep in night bcos it was hot humid and full of mosquitues

Clean room. Good value for money.

Breakfast starts at 9. Too late for us, especially as the hotel is situated close to airport, most clients book this place , for early departures

Staff is very helpful and polite

My room was in the middle of a hall. The windows were actually the windows to the dining hall and not outside. If I open the curtains all the people from the dining hall can see what is going inside. There is no fresh air because no windows outside. It was quite noisy because I heard staff conversations until midnight. If to stay at this hotel then to ask another room.
