Hotel Avenue 106

Perfect location. The host/reception was great and very helpful. The room and bathroom were modern and clean. I had an amazing stay and will book again in the future

Good location, good receptionists, clean rooms, very good location , near to metro and located in one the of city's main streets. Breakfast was okey.

No elevator so you have to carry up your luggage 2 floor up. Breakfast is okey but lack of variety. And to find the hotel go to top floor, turn right and go to end of the corridor you see, hotel is in the left door.

We had a very horrific and scary experience with Avenue 106 hotel booked through the Booking.com app. We have literally walked out of the property within 2 hours of checking in due to unhygienic and very scary conditions in this property. The Booking.com rating of 9.0 is highly misleading since the property doesn't have anything positive to say about. 1) The property's lobby manager doesn't have a proper office as he has a working desk in the hallway. Right beside, there is a small bed, and he sleeps right there next to his open desk! Please note that we checked in at 3:30AM in the morning. 2) The property doesn't have elevators, and we had to climb two levels of staircases, which is about 50 steps with 4 pieces baggage. 4) The whole property was empty / deserted as there are many or almost all empty rooms. 5) The lobby manager took a copy of our passports and showed us the room right next to his bed, which was next to his working desk! 6) we entered the room (#1) by paying off full rent value plus airport shuttle fare. The total comes to 375 Georgian Lari, which is about USD 140. He charged us full. 7) The corridors are dark a different smelly, and the room we were offered was exactly resembling a dungeon. It was smelling sweat and urine. 8) The towels, pillows, and bedspread are unwashed and still retain previous tenants' sweat and perfume smell! 9) After checking in, we were panicking, knowing that the lobby manager was right outside our room sleeping in his bed. We did not change our travel clothes since we were not sure about privacy since the room may have been bugged with a secret camera, which we could not spot. (We did not care anyway) 10) Right outside our room, we heard unusual noises, hence we could not relax. 11) As the smell inside the room was unbearable and knowing that someone was right outside the door, we could not take it anymore.

Polite and helpful reception, great view, clean facility.

Stairs, the only minus. But the staff helped me to get my bags up and down the stairs.

Owner is great. Beautiful view, small but tasty breakfast and honestly nothing to complain about. We had a great stay.

The receptionist and the workers are very nice and cooperative people. The localisation of the hotel is excellent; transport, markets and everything one needs during a trip. The only thing was to go to the third floor without lift. It is an old building from the outside, but everything inside the hotel was new and good.

The location is very good. The room and bathroom are very clean. Most majority of the Tv channels in Georgian language.

In the 3rd floor and there is no lift or some body to help , carrying the luggage upstairs. The breakfast is less than normal.
