It’s very cozy

Everything is nice. The best thing is that the staff is very supportive.

I stayed for 4 days and really loved the cozy atmosphere, it felt warm and welcoming. The hosts were wonderful, especially Anna and Yana, and we received a very friendly reception. There’s a fireplace, the location is close to everything, and the breakfast was delicious and unlimited, with tea and coffee always available.

Some rooms could use a bit of refresh, for example there were spots where the wallpaper was worn out.

Yataklar çok konforsuz odalar küçük , tekstiller polyester alerjisi olanlar kesinlikle gitmesin, konum kayak merkezine 50 Mt gösteriyor ancak 1,9 km mesafede, kahvaltı vasat, personel yetersiz adını bilmiyorum ama otelin en katlanılır yanı recepsiyondaki hanımefendi, tek başına tüm oteli idare etmeye çalışıyor, otopark büyük sorun asla aracınızla gitmeyin. Ben 3 gecelik rezervasyon yaptım ama 2 gece dayanabildim , otelin tek olumlu yanı sıcak olması onun dışında çok konforsuz

Location

No hot water only cold water. Originally planned to stay 3 days but due to the hot water and cold temperature aligned on the reception stay only 1 night. Still waiting the cash return
