A very beautiful house with cosy and clean rooms. We had a stunning mountain view from our window. Parking was easy, located in a quiet part of the city, yet still close to the centre. Large garden and excellent breakfasts. The staff did not speak English, but we were always able to communicate.

Cozy nice hotel, perfect location. Good breakfast, starts from 8 AM. Would like to stay here again next time!

Would be nice to have mini fridge in the room, especially in summer. Just a wish. But actually no bad point I can provide here.

It's a beautiful, modern hotel with a large garden and great view to the mountains, a lovely dog, a good breakfast, a good room, a comfortable bed, a large bathroom, a quiet location and it's close to the centre. I would love to come back!

We asked the owner to help finding the driver to Ushguli and he was very helpful with the arranging. We arrived before check-in time and we were able to have early check-in. The owner also provided a swift response to the message we send via booking, very impressive!! The room was clean, everything was as described.
