We loved the location of the property, as well as the availability of parking spots nearby. The room had a balcony with a table and chairs, with great views which made everything worth it. The room was clean, spaceous, provided toiletries, hairdryer, coffee and tea.

The shower was disfunctional - there was no separator and the drain was clogged, so the whole bathroom got flooded while taking a shower.

We had 2 rooms. Spectacular view from the room with a balcony facing Gergeti Trinity Church. Our second room, 'budget room with no view' still looked out on mountains and had a narrow balcony so save for the rather small size, was actually decent too. Guest house is well located for a short walk into town to get fresh bread and other provisions. Toiletaries were provided as well as the use of a well equipped kitchen with coffee + tea and a comfortable living room. Free on-street parking was available. All in, a cosy + friendly guest house.

Our budget room was small so it was tight for 2 people to sit together in the room.

Clean, quiet and amazing view! Equipped common kitchen.

We booked as 4 friends. On the booking it said 4 single beds but in reality it was 2 beds a couch and a foldable bed that wasn't that comfy.

Уютно, приветливая хозяйка, которая говорит по русски (это важно 🙌🏻), красивый вид и тишина. Очень удобное расположение, если проходите границу вечером, а утром хотите посмотреть красивые места в Степанцминде 🫶🏼
