There was no hot water, the room was not properly cleaned, and it was cold inside.

Расположение отличное, прогуляться до центра 5 минут. Парковка во дворе. Здание современное, номер двухместный скромный, аскетичный) Переночевать нормально, не более.

В номере было холодно, но есть тёплые одеяла. Кровать и матрас нам показался не очень удобным. Очень плохой был wi-fi

It had a good location, my room was a good size, and the shower had good pressure. The breakfast offering was decent.

The staff were not very friendly - I understand there was a language barrier, but I did not feel that the manager was interested in my experience at all. They were not responsive to my communications before my stay.
