Natali Boutique Hotel

Room was okay and clean overall however we weren’t provided with an AC remote. had to call the staff every time we needed the AC turned on or off which was a bit frustrating for us. And there weren’t a refrigerator in our room and when we asked the staff if we can use the one downstairs we were told no. so there was no way for us to store our food and drinks. the staff was not friendly or nice and was very hard to communicate with. When we were checking out there was nobody in the reception and when we called we were told to leave the key and leave

The location up the hill is fantastic. Everything is green, clean, and tidy. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I even extended my holiday 7 days more. The hotel management makes you feel at home. I had an amazing holiday in beautiful Georgia👌.

Nothing made me uncomfortable. In fact, I liked it all 👍

This hotel claimed they have 24 hours reception, but it's not. Even in day time, many times there was no one. And there is no people can understanding and talk english. Only owner can speak it but she is not there. She never comes to hotel and even can't contact well. I think she even was not in the city. And here's unforgettable memory is, they stole my money. I had to pay for room clean but there was no paper at card machine. So I thought it wasn't paid. I paid after, and I realized it already paid when there was no paper for reciept. So I complained about that problem, that I paid two times. but owner said they checking their bank and if it checked, they will send the money to my card. And what? After back to my home, owner did't answered anything. Even before that, she offered to me that I can stay one day more because they have my money. What a thief. I waited for pay it, and I waited again for get back, but only bad feelings came. And that's all. Poor amenities, bad clean (Room and buliding is new so it looks clean but make up the room condition is not much good), even I cleaned room myself. And high ground, area is very old and in night time it looks really bad. The area look like stoped in soviet era. And they gave a wrong room at night, and I had to wait for right room until next day morning. Because there was no reception. And no pay back for that. This is hotel? No, sputid home and suckers. You'd better find any other hotel.

No break fast and no food near by

It can not be called as a hotel No food in the hotel and no restaurants near by. We can buy some noodles and bread from the shop. Only only kettle available in the room no staff seen. They will lock the hotel and we have to open the reception gate with our key.. I left the key in reception with one of the staff and evening found the front door locked. No response if call the hotel no as well. Finally I had to call police at 8pm to get in.

The room was clean and had all the amenities.

A representative of the hotel who was coordinating with me on WhatsApp probably mistook me for some other guest and at the last minute said she did not have a room for us only to correct herself when I told her I have a confirmation from booking.com. Others everything was perfect.
