Gistola Hotel Mestia

Very nice staff, the place is really nice

Very very helpful and friendly people work there! We forgot the wallet with all the documents in the locker and drove to Batumi. When we arrived we realized that our money and documents are left in Gistola hotel. Guys at the reception helped us to transfer the wallet to our hotel free of charge, very efficiently and quickly. We are so grateful!!

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely terrace overlooking the mountains and Svan towers. The bed was very comfortable, and the swimming pool and solarium terrace were great as well. As other reviews mentioned, there were lots of children in the pool, but that’s perfectly normal in a family hotel and didn’t take away from the experience.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. While there were plenty of options, the quality wasn’t great — even the fruit, which is usually exquisite in Mestia, tasted bland and lacked freshness.

Śniadanie było różnorodne, co jest rzadko spotykane w Gruzji. Basen był ok, szkoda że nie było jakuzzi. Ładny widok i spore pokoje. Obsługa pomocna.

Sauna dodatkowo płatna, jak za te cenę to bym oczekiwała że będzie w cenie. Ogólnie to nie jest standard 5 gwiazdkowego hotelu jak w EU, ściany obdrapane, płytki na ścianach i podłodze uszczerbione, estetyka toalet przy basenie bardzo niska. Muchy w restauracji:( Stosunek jakości do ceny niska.

Everything was amazing! They helped me a lot! Excellent customer service and great environment!!! 100% recommend!
