This is a small hotel and service is personalized

No one helps to bring luggage upstairs. Not even offer. I saw some male staff but they are just smoking outside and not offering to help. The ladies are nice but seems there is lacking on the service side.

Nothing at all! Extremely unfriendly staff and rude behaviour

Rudeness from the staff. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and washrooms were too tiny and unhygienic.

მოუწესრიგებელი. დანგრეული ნომრები. ყველა ღრიჭოდან აპარებს სიცივეს. მიმნჯღრეულ მონჯღრეული ავეჯი. სველი აბანო ყველა მხრიდან წყალი გასდის, ტრაპებში წყალი არ ჩადის. კარდონის კარებები. საუზმეზე 4 მაგიდაა სულ და საჭმელი არაფერი არ იყო, საერთოდ ვერ ვჭამეთ. ნომერში მხოლოდ 2 ჭიქა დაგვხვდა და ვსიო. მოკლედ ძალიან უკმაყოფილო ვარ და ის ფასი რაც უდევთ, ძალიან გადამეტებულია და მინიმუმ ნახევარი მაინც უნდა ღირდეს, უბრალოდ ღამე რომ გაათენო და წამოხვიდე ( თუ არ გაიყინე ოღონდ) იმიტო რომ საბანიც 1 აქვთ 2 ადამიანისთვის.

Owner is so good men he helped us with medicines and a lot of things when all pharmacies were closed

The apartment was very spacious, nicely located and with a nice Mountain View but that’s where the positives end.

Unfortunately, our overall experience was really bad. The apartment was not ready on time for our check in and we waited 2 hours to get inside. The apartment was not cleaned properly (it was just dirty) and had some small damages. Our guess is that they are understaffed and not properly trained - especially the cleaner that did not even add bags in the bins (including the bathroom) and she thought it was ok to leave a broken and dirty toilet brush in the bathroom and not change it with a clean one - even when we showed her. The bed was not double but two beds connected so the sleep was bad and there were no curtains in the room so the sun got inside early in the morning. Furthermore, the TV was opening on its own in the middle of the night and woke us up. The apartment was cold and the thermostat was not properly adjusted. The staff was polite.

Mountain View. Hotel is near to ski area.

Daily room cleaning is not available. Less staff. Lack of shut off valve in bathroom.
