Brilliant service. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful specially Anna and Zura . I would recommend choosing this hotel .

We got a room with a blocked shower. We couldn't shower and the whole bathroom was filled with water after 3 min in the shower. I went to the service desk and the girl there told me that she would send someone to fix the problem, and gave me 3 small towels that didn't help at all. Nobody came to unblock the shower and the morning after when I asked about it, the girl told me that it was late. It's very disappointing experience and the price I paid for this room wasn't cheep at all. Another problem was to find the hotel! In booking it located in another area. If you are gonna visit the hotel - look in google maps the name of the hotel, it's the correct location.

it’s nice and clean and the staff was friendly.

The shower drain did not work at all so the water quickly overflowed. Also, the bed/mattress was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve slept in ever. my friend had a stiff back the next day because of it.

Rooms, very spacious, sufficient space to keep our belongings, sofa cum bed to relax, dining table, large balcony with beautiful view. Very warm, friendly staff. Very receptive attitude
