The breakfast was superb. Fresh fruits and newly cooked food.

It would have been better if they could start serving breakfast much earlier. Serving breakfast at 10:00 am is a bit late.

great location, right on the lake. rooms are big with a lot of light. everything really clean. beautiful garden and decore. Gella the owner is super friendly. the restaurant has good food. outside the are toys and things to play for the kids. we stayed one night on our way up north and it was perfect for us. it's really quite and peaceful so if you are looking for action this is not the place for you (maybe in summer yes)

+ Cozy room + Polite staff + Tasty food in the cafe + Air conditioning and TV worked fine + Place was quiet + They have a pool 800m away from the hotel + Friendly cats and dogs in hotel territory (especially cornish rex cat) + Craft Georgian ciderhouse located nearby

- Shower “booth” is between sink and toilet in the bathroom, that means you have a cold water puddle in the middle of bathroom, wet and uncomfortable - Wi-Fi connection was very weak, we had to switch TV and our cellphones to mobile, launched the hotspot from my cell - Lots of stray dogs outside of hotel territory that are very importune and follow you everywhere (also there are some local dogs that are very aggressive, makes a walk around the lake a not so pleasant experience, though the view themselves are great) - Some menu positions in the cafe were absent (but given we were the only guests in the hotel I’m happy we were able to get some food anyway because the hotel cafe is literally the only place around you can have dinner in the evening at)

Great Location. The staff was friendly and so were cats.

False advertising. They promoted sauna and pool but it wasn't there. Wired small was coming out in the room from the bathroom. Breakfast was mediocre. I don't think it was a value for the money

I really enjoyed from the stuff and the place it was awesome stay
