Hotel Ailama Mestia

The staff is friendly, welcoming, the place is clean. Check in check out was smooth. Breakfast was great. Cakes delicious

We would like to sincerely thank Tekla for her help with all the unexpected adventures we had during this trip. We were very lucky to stay at this hotel with these wonderful people. The hotel itself was clean and pleasant, with absolutely all the staff being friendly and welcoming. You can also enjoy a delicious cup of coffee with a piece of cake baked right here at the hotel. A big heartfelt thank you for everything!

La dueña muy amable, nos ayudó a conseguir taxis, nos guardaron las maletas varios días y nos prepararon el desayuno antes de la hora habitual. Todo muy limpio y cuidado

Esta en la calle principal y nuestra habitación daba a ella, así que era ruidosa (aunque por la noche más tranquila de lo esperado). Las habitaciones de la parte de atrás son mucho mejores en este sentido.

Staff was super helpful and accommodating, they helped sorting out lost key issues, cleaning an any reqest. Room was very big and sunny. Great bathroom with all the gels and shampoos. Very central location, everything is meters away.

Regular continental breakfast, i would recommend adding some local cuisine options. Bed was not the most comfortable, a bit on the stiffer side. The location while being super Central, meters away from Seti square, can be a bit noisy considering all the traffic.

Perfect accommodation. Central, shops, restaurants. From the bus station towards Kutaisi, it's about a 7-minute walk. Be careful: there is also an Ailama Guesthouse (not a Hotel!), but in the opposite direction. Comfortable bed, cleanliness, new, balcony, refrigerator. Coffee machine, kettle (tea) in the common dining room. Each room is accessible by stairs, there are several floors, ladies manage it, you carry your luggage up yourself. Breakfast is adequate, with several types of food, but unfortunately not "Georgian" and it is not very available before 9:00. For earlier departures (buses to Kutaisi, for example, leave at 8:00 in the morning) they give you a food package.

Location great. The ladies seeing to the day to day hotel duties took wonderful care of me, washed some clothes for me. They were very nice and helpful.

Everything was good.

Loved the location and the views. Room was very spacious and clean.

Lack of aircon and stairs up to the room, especially when carrying heavy cases.
