Amazing cottages are very clean and the staff is very helpful. This was our first trip to Kazbegi and I'm definitely staying at Pyramid again. In addition, the location couldn't be better, almost feels like you're in a fairytale. If you're traveling to Kazbegi, I highly recommend this place !

Nothing specific

The cabins looks beautiful upon entering. It is aesthetically pleasing and it is noticeably new. Close proximity to the town centre and the attractions that are near by. It was easy to find despite it being tucked away in the community.

The lack of attention to detail which can either break or make your vacation. The cabin was cold, we asked for the heat to be turned up and even then it was still cold. I wish there was a heater close to the bed. The bed was not tightly made (sheets were slipping off the bed while sleeping) and sheets did not smell fresh and clean. The kitchen was not cleaned properly you could still see residue of food from the previous guest. The bathroom had a foul smell which seemed to be a drainage issue or the lack of ventilation. The towels were not soft they were a bit course as if they were air dry. Overall it was a good stay but attention to details is key.
