Great views, wonderful stay.

Just so so.

Location is distance away the center view. Staff wasn’t hospitalized, you need to call them to bring your luggage. Breakfast is boring and cold. Tv was broken, it had no Channel.

It was very cold in the rooms at this time of year (October), there is air conditioning, which helps a little in the room, but not in the bathroom. The bathroom floor is very cold and everything is wet and slippery after water treatments. The main disadvantage is the staff, an absolutely indifferent girl-administrator and someone who looks like the owner of the hotel. The administrator was too lazy to properly explain about breakfast, which because of her we missed it and we had to go look for another place and waste time and money again. We did not receive any apology or compensation. The workers simply decided not to particularly understand this issue and stand their own. The administrator simply insisted that we were to blame, not her, but 4 people cannot make mistakes at the same time. in general, this ruined the impression and upset me, I consider it necessary to warn potential hotel guests about this possible situation. I am far from new to traveling around Georgia and I know what you can expect for this money in this city, which I visited three times.

The breakfast was amazing. It was always a little different, but there was always fresh bread and cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers, yogurt, tkemali, eggs, and some kind of sausage. It was a feast. It really helped absorb the wine later in the day.

I can't really think of anything to be honest.

The staff was really welcoming, the location is wonderful, and the breakfast they served was quite excellent.

The room was clean and cozy, beautiful view from balcony, nice coffee shop where breakfast is served.
