The location was great. The pool and sauna was so good. The room was very nice and a good size.

The breakfast could have maybe more options.

Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas pero hemos disfrutado mucho del spa (piscina y sauna). Las vistas al valle con nieve desde la habitación son espectaculares. El personal muy amable.

It has sauna, small pool, restaurant and ski storage room. Staff is friendly and helped us resolve any inconveniences.

It felt like the hotel needs some cleaning and maintenance in rooms especially in bathroom with leaking and smell.

ברטה מהקבלה מקסימה, מסבירה ועוזרת בכל בעיה. החדרים גדולים אבל לא מפנקים, המקלחת מיושנת וקטנה מאוד והמים יוצאים. הבריכה והסאונה נעימים, החדר אוכל יפה, אוירה טובה עם מרפסות גדולות, אזור שקט ונעים.

המיקום של המלון ממש לא נוח, כל דבר שצריכים דורש נסיעה במונית, יש שאטל בבוקר לליפט הקרוב יותר והשאר משלמים מוניות. יש נהג של המלון שזמין ומסיע בכל שעה בתשלום כמובן. בפעם הבאה נחפש מלון מרכזי יותר.
