All was great: a room with a view, central location and friendly staff. The rooftop view was amazing.

Complementary water & tea bags would have been a nice touch, but I wasn't bothered.

I like everything about this place, location traditional Outlook cleanliness comfort heated room very cooperative staff. I was short of local currency and I changed my stay plan last moment. The staff accommodated all my requests.

in this hotel :) I have my own room. when I am in Batumi I am always stay here. love it. love staff <3. Rooms are very clean, thanks Maia for that <3 and receptions guys <3 for my comfort.
