"Incredible stay in the heart of Kutaisi!"

Guesthouse 1899 exceeded all our expectations! The location is unbeatable — just steps from the central fountain, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the town on foot. Kristina is an amazing and welcoming host; she went above and beyond by helping with our laundry, greeting us each evening with wine and cake, and even making us delicious homemade khachapuri. The room was comfortable, cosy, and thoughtfully equipped, including robes — perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Incredible value for money and such a warm, personal experience. We can’t recommend Guesthouse 1899 highly enough!

"Cozy Family Run Gem"

Very central location, near shops, restaurants, and tourist sites. Wonderful family run accommodation. Friendly and helpful hosts. Cozy room with a private bathroom. Comfortable bed. Great shower. My first night, I was treated to a late night snack of white wine and a tasty slice of a layer cake.

"Отличный гестхаус в центре!!!"

Хозяйка Кристина встретила нас с большим теплом и радушием. В номере было чисто и уютно. Еще у нас был огромный балкон, где можно было посидеть вечером за бокалом вина. Кристина тоже угощала вином. Отель находится прямо в центре города, что очень удобно для прогулки. Дом старинный и очень интересный. У дома можно без проблем запарковать машину. Нам очень понравилось у Кристины. Хочется вернуться еще в Кутаиси, там живут очень добрые и хорошие люди!!!
