We had an exceptional holiday at Tokaplus Hotel in Batumi! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The rooms were spotless, the beds super comfy, and the whole place had a cozy, welcoming vibe. What really made our stay unforgettable was the amazing hospitality. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. A special thank you to Anzor, our host, who went above and beyond—he welcomed us in the middle of the night, even before our planned check-in date, which was such a relief after a long journey. And to top it all off, on our last days, he gifted us a couple of bottles of homemade wine and a little bit of chacha—such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that we'll never forget.
