אהבנו מאוד את הניקיון, הסדר והאווירה הנעימה במלון. הצוות היה מקצועי, אדיב ותמיד דאג שנהיה מרוצים. במיוחד נרצה לציין את תמרי, שהייתה מקסימה ודאגה לנו לאורך כל השהייה. היא תמיד התעניינה אם אנחנו נהנים ואם אנחנו צריכים משהו, ועשתה הכול כדי שנרגיש בנוח ושנשאר מרוצים. תודה רבה על השירות הנהדר! ❤

הבריכה נמצאת במרחק קצר מהמלון ולא ממש מתחת לחדרים. יש צורך להשתמש בשאטל של המלון כדי להגיע אליה. הנסיעה קצרה מאוד (כדקה), אך היה נוח יותר אם הבריכה הייתה צמודה למלון עצמו. בנוסף, ארוחת הבוקר הייתה פחות לטעמנו. המבחר לא היה מספיק מגוון עבורנו, ובפועל נהנינו בעיקר מהקורנפלקס, בעוד ששאר האפשרויות היו פחות מתאימות לנו

My room had a beautiful seaside view with a balcony, and I spent a lot of time enjoying the stunning views of Tbilisi from there. The hotel was generally very quiet and peaceful, making it a great place to relax. I had lunch at the restaurant, and the food was excellent. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to fully explore all the hotel’s facilities, which I wish I had. The reception team was very helpful and welcoming, although I can’t remember their names after all the wonderful and overwhelming memories I made in Georgia. I would definitely come back and stay here again, hopefully for a longer visit to enjoy the property even more.

What didn’t you like about the property? Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike about the property. The only minor inconvenience was the waiting time for the elevators, especially during busy hours. Other than that, my stay was excellent. This is a must-visit hotel in Georgia, and I believe most guests will have a wonderful experience here. You won’t be disappointed.

The restaurant has too much to improve in their menu. At least the basic Georgia dishes like Lobio, Kinkali, lobioni, kachapuri, machadi etc has to be there.
