The location amazing away 25 minutes from the city but still nice The room was big with the kitchen inside was helpful

The staff no one smiling except one lady in the restaurant they don’t speak English well At the reception at the check-in no informations given so they forgot to treat clients as their first time there because it was… I asked for checkout at 3 pm the night before SOSO said ok he will inform the team they called me twice the morning after in the same hour to ask me to checkout so they don’t have coordination between the teams which was disturbing Working in hotels is serving costumers so they need to know that .

We recently stayed at Gino hotel that, while visually stunning with amazing views and a beautifully appointed room, unfortunately fell short of the service and hospitality expected from a five-star property. The room itself was a highlight. Spacious, clean, and offering fantastic views.

From the start, the service was noticeably underwhelming. There were no greetings, no smiles, none of the warmth you’d expect from a high-end establishment. Simple requests, such as asking for water or sugar, became frustrating tasks. We had to call multiple times just to get water delivered. When we requested sugar, three different people knocked on our door within 15 minutes, each bringing the same item. It showed a clear lack of communication and coordination. Additionally, the room was equipped with a kitchenette, but oddly enough, there were no cleaning products provided to wash the dishes. When asked, the reception said they don’t have any. What truly disappointed us was the disregard for our privacy and confirmed arrangements. Despite having a “Do Not Disturb” sign on and a confirmed late check-out approved by the front desk, a housekeeper barged into our room on our last day. This was unacceptable and left us feeling uneasy. In summary, while the property itself holds a lot of promise, the staff’s lack of training and disregard for basic hospitality standards severely impacted our stay. With better management and proper staff training, this hotel could truly live up to its five-star potential but until then, I wouldn’t recommend it for travelers expecting premium service.
