Tesis konumu iyidir. Piazza meydanına yürüme mesafesindesir. Yakında gece geç saatlere kadar açık bir market vardır. Tesise ait olmamakla birlikte otopark için kullanılabilecek yol kenarında ve kaldırımda müsait yerler vardır. Bu tesisi konaklamaya çok para harcamak istemeyen, konfor beklentisi olmayan, merkeze yakın başımı sokacak bir yer olsun diyen gezginler tercih etmeli.

Etraf çok gürültülü. Bir gece tesis etrafında bağrışmalar duyduk. Bir kadın çantam çalındı diye bağırıyordu. Bunun yanında otel tek kattan oluşuyor. Lobi ve resepsiyon dahil aynı katta. Son gün başka birisinin 15 dakika susmayan alarm sesinden dolayı uyuyamadık. Ayrıca tesiste konfor adına hiç bir şey yok. Buna şampuan da dahil.
