Location is ok,near the market and the main square but quiet to sleep at night.Possibility to use the kitchen,good wifi,hot water,kettle in the room

The room is small so actually You have a place only for bed,no wardrobe to store Your things

Rooms are very small, maybe not the best option if you travel with huge backpacks, bags and suitcases If you need breakfast, do not forget to let them know in advance!

Pokoje małe, trudno było rozłożyć walizkę, ale była klimatyzacja. Dostępna kuchnia i piwniczka z winem. Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem, bardzo pomocny

Very welcoming owner and his mother, gave very useful tips for visiting Georgia since this was our first accommodation. Owner is fluent in German and English. Also includes a nice terrace and kitchen as shared spaces. Centrally located in Kutaisi.

There were some smaller stains on our bed sheets and the sheets had a bit of a bad smell, otherwise very clean. Windows face a smaller road, so people passing by can look inside the room if curtains are open.
