Exceptional host Saba and the property is at a great location. Situated right in the middle of the city center, the property offers accessibility to everything. Tons of good restaurants around, easy transportation/bus to the Kutaisi airport

Bathroom could have been better and the cleanliness was a bit of a concern. The bed linens had stains here and there.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel 1870! The room is great, with a very comfortable bed and shower. The location is absolutely perfect, just 2 minutes walking from the famous city square. The host is very kind and friendly, the communication was excellent (both online and in person), and they allowed me to leave my luggage after check-out. There is a cute common area with wine cellar and a courtyard. I liked it. Also, I ordered a breakfast and it was amazing, a local Georgian food, very tasty! WiFi worked great too.

Wonderfull Hotel with a huge common area. The staff will recommend you shops and restaurants around, and they even sell their own wine.
