"Greatest place to live in Tbilisi"

Terrific room with an astonishing design and a very comfy bed which you don’t want to leave in the morning. There are towels, slippers, shampoo and delicious-smelling shower gel in a great bathroom. Also there is a kitchen with free water, tea and coffee. The hotel is located in a small quiet courtyard in the very center of Tbilisi, all tourist places, shops and restaurants are within 5-10 minute walk. Wonderful hosts, Zaza gave us a list of amazing nearby restaurants, and Nini allowed me to leave baggage until late evening on the day of check-out. They made us feel very welcomed in Tbilisi! Highly recommend!

"Best place in the whole town!"

This is simply the best thing we could find in town! The owner is a young, energetic, friendly, and committed host. Do follow her tips, she recommended the best restaurants in the region - we had been travelling across Armenia and Georgia and her recommendations just were the best! Utmost recommendation!

"Ideal location"

Great location between the Old City and Liberty Square so every attraction is reachable on foot. The room is nice and welcoming, there's a kitchen space and common room where you can spend time comfortably. The water pressure and the temperature are just perfect, the whole bathroom is beautiful. The staff is always somewhere near and if not you can contact them via whatsapp.

The hotel is quite hidden, the google is showing the wrong location. Without some guidelines from the staff is impossible to find as there are no signs with the name or whatsoever. There's a problem with the drain under the shower so the water stays in the showering area.

Lovely stay and very helpful staff who are always happy to assist with questions.

There is no sign from the main road to show where the hotel is but everything else was perfect.

"Nice place for good money!"

Nice hotel with friendly staff and in excellent location! It was clean, warm in the room and the bed was comfortable. There is a kitchen where you can make coffee/tea or take glasses to drink tasty georgian wine. I would stay there again!

There were a couple of things that I’ve told the staff so I think they will take care of it.
